International shipping
We use USPS, UPS, Yamato transport to ship orders. Please note that the delivery window cannot be selected due to international delivery.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. UPSTAIRS TENT is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
All of our shipments have tracking numbers so that customers are able to check the shipping status.
