Return and exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or wrong.
In order to be eligible for your refund, you have to return the items within 7 days.
We do not accept returns for other reasons.


We do not accept a refund if the items are

•passed more than 7 days since you receive your order
•damaged or spoiled
•nonrefundable special items
•sale items


Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment or credit card.


If customers request a return or exchange, the items need to be sent to our company (Torrance, US).
Customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. If customers request a refund, return shipping fee will be subtracted.
Please note that delivery may take longer depending on addresses of customers.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage during shipment.We recommend customers to use shipping with tracking system or insurance.
